Sitting at our desks all day can make us mentally and physically tired. It’s time to shake it off and give yourself a well-deserved 15-minute break. You will return with a burst of energy and inspiration by taking this time away from your desk. Below are two of my favourite sites to help you get up and moving. Also, it is important to consult your doctor before starting new exercises.

Yoga with Adriene.

Chances are, nearly everyone reading this has heard of and maybe practised a session with Adriene. As for me, I have been following Yoga with Adriene since 2014. I am drawn to her calming style and cheeky sense of humour. Over the years, I have tried many of her sessions and even completed one of the 30-day Yoga journeys (maybe I can try another and share my experience in a future post).

If you want to take a break and tend to your aching computer muscles or need a mental refresh, you will find incredible sessions here.

Get Fit with Rick.

I discovered Rick’s channel when we were all staying at home. Even now that we are out and about again, I still come back to these workouts regularly; you cannot help but feel great and smile during and after the session. Rick’s energy is contagious, and his background in dance shines through in many of his workouts. The steps are carefully repeated so you can easily catch on, ensuring a super fun experience even when the intensity kicks in.

There are plenty of workouts, and a great selection fits into 10 – 15 minutes, from 90s Boyband, Taylor Swift, and Latin Vibes to Standing Boxing, Body Combat, and Non-stop cardio. Whatever your mood, there will be something for you here.

Are there any channels you follow for a fun, energising workout? Let me know in the comments below.

Thanks for the recommend. I haven’t actually heard of either of those two before! 👍
