It happens to the best of us. We start the week full of motivation, ‘This week, I will exercise every day.’ Only to get to the end of the week and realise, oops, I didn’t do anything. You were too busy, had meetings and errands to run. I get it, finding time in our busy schedules to exercise is really difficult but we feel so much better when we do it.

This week, I found the following YouTube workout videos to help me stay motivated. To make them more manageable, I chose only low-impact routines that were no longer than 20 minutes. Please remember to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.

Get Fit with Rick – Dance Party for Beginners.

Duration: 10 minutes.

Such a good vibe and energy. You will definitely be smiling and happy at the end of this one.

Yoga with Adriene – Fill Your Cup.

Duration: 20 minutes.

This was a really great practice. You should definitely feel that your cup is full after finishing. I feel calm and energised. If you can fit this into a busy day, you will be thankful for the calm it will bring you.

fabulous50s – HIIT to Burn Belly Fat.

Duration: 10 minutes.

This was a fun, all-standing boxing HIIT workout. Good for core but also gave my arms a good workout.

Get Fit with Rick – 90’s Boyband.

Duration: 20 minutes.

This is great. If you like the 90s, you are going to enjoy this one.

Popsugar Fitness – Bounce-Back Cardio Dance Workout.

Duration: 15 minutes.

You’ll dance your way back to your desk with a smile.

I will repeat all of these, they were really enjoyable. Hopefully, these are short enough to fit into your day and will melt away some of your stresses.

Try them out, and let me know what you think in the comments.
